Who governs

Who held office at each level since 2000, and which level controls which economic lever. When a number moves, this is where to check which level had the power to influence it.

Mayors of Sitges

One row per mandate. From 2003 the start date is the day of the mayor's investiture, confirmed in local press reports. For 1995 and 1999 it is the statutory day the new council was constituted, and the governing partners are not confirmed. Coalition changes during a mandate are listed in the parties column.

Which level of government sets each lever. "None" means that level has no say.
