Catalonia: term reports

What each Generalitat term looked like in the numbers: each indicator when the term began and when it ended, the change, and the same change for Spain and for the median autonomous community. There are no grades and no winner. Most of these numbers also depend on the Government of Spain, the European Central Bank and the world economy, and some levers the Generalitat holds (health, schools) don't show up in them at all.

A value "at" a date is that of the period whose end is nearest the date, so each year goes to the government that held office for most of it. Short periods (the Article 155 measures, the vacant presidency in 2020–21) often have no annual change. "pp" is percentage points. The Spain figure includes Catalonia (about a fifth of Spain's economy).
